Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Yoopi mobile application (hereinafter "the Application") published by Yoopi (hereinafter "we", "our", "us").

The Application is a flight deal detection and alert service. It compares flight prices in real time and notifies users when an abnormally low fare is detected.

By using the Application, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Access to the service

Access to the Application requires:

  • A compatible mobile device (iOS or Android)
  • An internet connection
  • Creating a user account (email address required)

Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Plans and pricing

2 plans are available:

3.1 Free Plan

  • Browse all flight deals
  • Limited access: offer details and booking links are reserved for Premium subscribers

3.2 Premium Plan

  • Full access to offer details and booking links
  • Real-time push alerts
  • Favorite destinations (up to 5)
  • Priority access to deals (1 hour ahead)
  • All departure airports

Pricing:

  • Lifetime subscription: €79.99
  • Monthly subscription: €19.99/month

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. They may be displayed in other currencies for indicative purposes.

4. Payment terms

Payments are processed exclusively through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google), depending on your device. No payment is processed directly by Yoopi.

4.1 Automatic renewal

The monthly subscription (€19.99/month) renews automatically. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the chosen subscription rate.

The lifetime subscription (€79.99) is a one-time purchase with no renewal.

4.2 How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (you retain access until that date).

On iPhone / iPad:

  • Open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
  • Select Yoopi
  • Tap Cancel Subscription

On Android:

  • Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
  • Select Yoopi
  • Tap Cancel Subscription

Refund requests must be addressed directly to Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective policies.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement.

6. Content and deals

Flight prices displayed in the Application are provided for informational purposes and come from third-party sources (airlines and booking platforms).

Yoopi does not guarantee:

  • The accuracy or availability of displayed prices
  • The availability of flights at the time of booking
  • The maintenance of so-called "error fares" by airlines

Prices may change between the time of detection and booking. Users are advised to verify the final price directly on the booking platform.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the Application (brand, logo, text, graphics, software) are the exclusive property of Yoopi or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is prohibited.

8. Liability

Yoopi acts as an information intermediary and does not sell airline tickets.

By clicking on a booking link, the user is redirected to a third-party partner platform (via affiliate links). The transaction takes place directly between the user and said platform.

Yoopi shall not be held liable for:

  • The terms of sale applied by partner platforms
  • Cancellations, modifications, or issues related to a booking
  • Pricing errors published by airlines
  • Any temporary interruption of the service

9. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from the Application. For any questions regarding your data, contact us at contact@yoopi-app.com

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication in the Application.

Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

In the event of a substantial modification, users will be notified by notification or email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, users may use the consumer mediation service free of charge.
