Is Yoopi free?
The Yoopi app is free to download and use. We also offer premium features for frequent travelers.
How do I set up my alerts?
In the app, go to "Settings" then "My airports". You can add your favorite departure airports and preferred destinations. You'll then receive personalized alerts.
Why did the price change when I clicked on the deal?
Flight prices are very volatile and can change within minutes. We do our best to alert you as quickly as possible, but sometimes deals expire before you have time to book.
How do I turn off notifications?
You can manage your notifications in the app settings or directly in your phone's settings. We recommend keeping notifications on so you don't miss the best deals.
